What sets us apart
Within several kilometres of the Rössle, there is no hotel with a comparable restaurant for overnight guests. Most places to stay in the region are B&B-style hotels – breakfast yes, dinner no.
The Rössle is different: Mon–Thu from 6 pm the kitchen opens – exclusively for hotel guests. Swabian-Hall pork. Hohenlohe beef. Free-range turkey from the Bentz farm in Kirchardt. Homemade Maultaschen. Handmade spätzle.
For weekly commuters and installation teams, that means four dinners a week – no car, no searching, no supermarket. It saves time, nerves and often money too – and the food is better than anything you’d find on the way back from the work site.

Our restaurant is open exclusively to hotel guests, Monday to Thursday from 6:00 pm. Subject to seasonal changes – we’re happy to send you the current menu on request.
Breakfast
At 6:00 in the morning – not 6:30, not 7:00. The Rössle’s breakfast is one of the earliest in the greater Heilbronn area, and that’s no accident: the Haag family knows that early-shift workers need to get going early.
The buffet is generous and included in every room rate. No surcharge, no voucher scanning, no queue. Just come down and eat.
Full-service hotel
The Rössle is a true full-service hotel – not a B&B hotel, not a guesthouse with breakfast only. There’s no comparable place to stay anywhere nearby with a proper evening restaurant for hotel guests.
Daily, generous, included. Mon–Sat from as early as 6:00 am – early enough for any job. Sundays and public holidays 7:00–10:30 am.
Four evenings a week of Swabian cooking, right here in the hotel. No going out, no detours, no compromise.
All the alternatives nearby are B&B-style hotels. The Rössle is the only place to stay in Frankenbach with a real evening restaurant.
